Immunizations

Immunizations 

All students must comply with New Jersey State immunization requirements or they will be excluded from school. Immunization records are kept on file in the Health Office for each active student. Parents/guardians are notified of any deficiencies or required boosters. All new or re-entry students are seen by the school nurse to determine the student’s immunization status and free from any apparent conditions. 

CDC Immunization Schedules

Immunizations are to be given by the student’s physician. However, the Hamilton Township Department of Health, 2100 Greenwood Avenue, also offers immunizations to any student who attends a Hamilton Township School and is either uninsured or whose insurance does not cover immunizations.
